I hear that the Eastman Trombones are quite nice. Also a good price.

I just had the opportunity to play several of the Eastman Euphoniums. I was impressed. Especially with their large bore Euphonium. Great price as well. Runs circles around the Yamamha Euphoniums considering the price of the 642 series.

The Eastman Trombones and Euphoniums that I have had the opportunity to play have been quite nice.  In combination with the appropriate mouthpiece, and I was impressed.  Nice prices, that won't last long.  It will be interesting to see if they take.

Very nice trombones, big, rich sound, reponsive, but I would prefer an Elkhart Conn or Olds Opera. I would like to see more people using quality instruments like the Eastman line.

Who is representing Eastman in the DFW or Houston area?

Jonny Paul's Music Shop in Aledo carries the Eastman line. Good people.

I finally got around to playing on one of the Eastman Trombones.  Nice sound, well balanced.  Thought the slide was a little on the rough side, but over all - Three Thumbs Up.

It is amazing how many views this thread has recieved.  Must say something about the popularity of Eastman.  People I think are looking for better quality instruments at the price that is not overly inflated.  I almost don't see how people pay the money for a new Bach, Getzen or a Conn.

I own an Eastman Trombone.  An excellent horn, much better than my old Bach.  Constructed very well.  I have had a few modifications done to it.  I had a few braces moved and I had it outfitted with an interchangeable leadpipe.
